The title of this post will make sense if you know our address....
The Seholm Home
(how cool is it that they have these signs made for us...and every house in our neighborhood)
A Texas welcome
Our kitchen, it's actually bigger than it looks. It also continues to the left with a laundry area and LOTS of cabinets.
Our new dining table.
The other side of the room :: Garrett's train table, sitting area and the temporary storage of the dog's kennels.
I love, love, love our new home. Our former on-post quarters don't hold a candle to our new place - in size and amenities. We have a single-family with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, privacy fenced-in yard, huge pantry, and more inside storage than I could ever ask for. And to top that off, we have some nice neighbors, too.

That is just beautiful! It looks really roomy, and I LOVE the idea of a big pantry! Are you allowed to paint the walls? Congrats on returning to Texas! We are glad you are so close, and I'm sure you in-laws feel the same!
Oh I LOVE it. I am so glad that you love it and that it feels like home. Seems perfect.
Love you dining room table! I'm so glad you're happy in your new Texas home...glad to have you back!
